How to reach us.

Email support@lawgpt.com. A real person on our team reads every message and responds within one business day, usually sooner.

Tell us your workspace name, the matter you were working in (if relevant), and what you expected to happen versus what actually happened. A screenshot or a short screen recording gets us to an answer faster than a description.

LawGPT for Word.

Using the Microsoft Word add-in? The same support address covers it: support@lawgpt.com. Let us know which version of Word (Windows, Mac, or the web) and whether you were signed in when the issue happened.

If the task pane won't load or sign-in fails, the most common cause is a network rule or extension blocking the add-in's connection to app.lawgpt.com. Trying the add-in on a different network or in Word on the web often confirms it. Send us what you see and we'll work through it with you.

Billing and subscriptions.

Questions about your plan, an invoice, or changing your subscription go to support@lawgpt.com. Workspace owners can also manage the subscription directly from the billing page inside the product.

Security and privacy.

Security questionnaires, DPAs, data-residency requirements, or anything involving how your matter content is handled: email security@lawgpt.com. If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, the same address reaches the engineering team, and we acknowledge within one business day.

What to expect.

We acknowledge every support email within one business day (Monday to Friday, US business hours). Most questions are answered in the first reply. Anything that needs an engineering fix gets a tracking update so you know it's moving.

We are a small team and we answer our own support. You will not be routed through a phone tree or an offshore tier-one queue.
